Software Engineer
Job Scope:
To maintain servers, related hardware and biometric software and to develop applications in VB6 and Oracle environment.
Job Re sponsibility:
- To support the existing Automatic Finger Print Information System (AFIS).
- To maintain the AFIS Server, other related hardware and Biometric software.
- To develop new applications in VB6 and Oracle environment based on the SRS and SDS given.
- To be involved in programming, systems testing and systems documentation.
- To assist the Project Manager in the user training.
Requirements:
- Good Degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering.
- Competency in VB6/VB.NET, Suse Linux, Oracle Database and network troubleshooting is a great advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills in both English and Malay.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Driving Licence is required.
- Hardworking, innovative and have passion for the tasks assigned.
