CONDITION BASED MAINTENANCE (CBM)

CBM is a process for determining the type of maintenance activity required and when to perform this activity based on measurements or observations of equipment condition.

We have been working with GasTOPS Ltd since 1992 to promote Equipment Condition Monitoring System (ECMS) to the Royal Malaysia AirForce (RMAF). ECMS is general purpose database system designed to track the location, configuration, life usage status, condition and maintenance history of serialized aircraft components.

The ECMS incorporates a flexible and inituitive graphical map of the equipment assets. The ECMS automates the paperwork associated with part replacements and other maintenance activities by conveniently displaying pre-completed maintenance action forms for review and completion by the user. The ECMS maintains an accurate up-to-date record of the life usage status of specific tracked components by user-defined life usage parameter cycles etc. Extensive data validation features are provided by the software as well as an interactive facility for final data verification. When new usage data is entered against a specific component, the ECMS automatically updates the usage histories of all the parts within that component.

We are also investigating the feasibility of having the ASI data model incorporated into the ECMS data model with a view to finally make the ECMS data model as a standard for the RMAF.

Caidmark has also been working with GasTOPS Ltd since 1992 to promote CBM to the Royal Malaysia Navy.

We have been developing Oracle based application systems since our formation in 1986 for a number of clients in the public sector including the Prisons Department, Ministry of Housing and Local Development and Ministry of Education. We are a member of the Oracle Partner Program.

LOTUS NOTES & DOMINO PRODUCTIVITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS

We offer Ytria's EZ suite to assist and support Lotus/Domino application development and server administrative activities. The tools help to increase developer productivity and system efficiency. We also offer BI reporting tools Synaptris Intelliprint designed specifically for Lotus Notes and Domino environments.
